Refund Policy

If the PDF has an error caused by us, does not open, or you were charged twice, email support within 30 days of your order with your order email address and we will refund the payment.
We do not refund because a state or buyer wanted a different form or because you changed your mind after downloading the PDF.
How to request a refund

- The email address you used at checkout
- A short description of the problem
